Insignia Financial - Parkline Place Workplace Fitout
Insignia Financial Limited (IFL) aimed to consolidate three existing premises into a new workplace fitout spanning 8,847 sqm at Parkline Place, a recently developed site in Sydney’s CBD.
Parkline Place, located at 252 Pitt Street, Sydney, is an Investa managed building currently under construction and will become the home to approximately 1,500 Insignians, serving as IFL’s flagship office.
The fitout incorporates wellness areas, an internal staircase throughout the six levels, and new rooftop sky signage. The engagement of DJC has ensured a seamless, end-to-end service with DJC responsible for orchestrating every aspect of the project lifecycle. This included technology integration, coordinating base building requirements while adhering to strict AFL (Agreement for Lease) and fit out guidelines, and managing the eventual relocation process.
