Delivered during a challenging Covid period, the project management team was responsible for overseeing (over three floors) the demolition of existing tenancy fit-outs, full make good to engineering services, ceilings, walls, floor finishes, upgrades to bathrooms and lift lobbies – plus a number of spec fitouts including a tenancy fitout for a mortgage broker at Levels 1, 2 & 3 at 80 Pacific Highway, North Sydney.

Delivered on time with exceptional stakeholder management across multiple organisations and asset managers, the results speak for themselves and were unrivalled.
