Louise Weber

Having spent the first ten years of her career working in residential construction, during which time she gained her builder’s licence, Louise brings a detailed understanding of the construction process and a very substantial network of general and specialist contractors and tradespeople. This foundation enables her to expertly link outcomes-focused delivery teams with her clients’ strategic objectives and expectations.

Louise made the transition to client-side project management in 2001 and has subsequently delivered retail, workplace, and asset repositioning projects for a diverse portfolio of clients including Retailers Quiksilver, Roxy and Surfection, Investment Funds Charter Hall and Investa, Property group Mirvac, Insurance group Hollard, and Tech giants, Yahoo 7, Spotify and Zoom.

As a Senior Project Manager, Louise has the foresight to anticipate issues and the courage, confidence, and communication skills to have difficult conversations when problems arise. In fact, navigating challenges, collaborating, negotiating, and problem-solving with stakeholders are some of the things Louise loves most about project management.
