A full base building upgrade and 8,500m² of premium fit out including lift upgrades, services infrastructure, amenities, two commercial kitchens, staff canteen, two interconnecting stairs, VIP client dining, private banking, roof top garden and a new 32 rack Data Centre.

Construction was managed while tenants occupied five levels of the building as well as the neighbouring Steakhouse. The Bank of China had not refurbished their existing space in over 20 years, so the scope also included workspace strategy, transition and relocation and change management.
