Insignia Financial Limited (IFL) consolidated three, existing premises into a new workplace fitout spanning 8,847 sqm at Parkline Place, a recently developed site in Sydney’s CBD.

Parkline Place, located at 252 Pitt Street, Sydney, is an Investa managed building (a new build) which reached Practical Completion in November 2024, now home to approximately 1,500 Insignians as of January 2025, serving as IFL’s flagship office.

The fitout incorporates wellness areas, an internal staircase throughout the six levels and new rooftop sky signage. The engagement of DJC has ensured a seamless, end-to-end service with DJC responsible for orchestrating every aspect of the project lifecycle. This included technology integration, coordinating base building requirements while adhering to strict AFL (Agreement for Lease) and fit-out guidelines.

DJC’s relationship with Insignia has continued into 2025 as we project manage the fitout of Insignia’s state offices in Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide.
