Key Pharmaceuticals wanted to consolidate their locations due to several expiring leases while also addressing constraints associated with their Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) license.

Their transition to a newly constructed facility at MQX, Macquarie Park, required a Project Manager partner capable of achieving their goals.

The client’s objective was to achieve a premium workplace without incurring excessive expenses, with the primary goal of reinvigorating employee office attendance.  The space was thoughtfully designed to promote collaboration and incorporated cutting-edge technologies.

Challenges were encountered with the construction of the base build, however Key Pharmaceuticals successfully relocated to their new facility in October 2023 with DJC’s dedication and perseverance.

Key Pharmaceuticals extended their collaboration with DJC, appointing them to play an essential change management and operational role during the final stage of the program due to internal resource constraints.
