Shayla is an extremely motivated individual with extensive experience supporting high performing project teams with 10+ years’ experience in the property development industry in New Zealand and Australia.

She has a unique track-record, having worked for a variety of
developers across the residential, retail, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

Shayla provides assistance with all project administration, co-ordination, reporting and scheduling – delivering excellent outcomes for clients and the wider project team. She prides herself on her ability to bring projects home on time, and within budget and scope whilst minimising risk and impact.

She has exemplary interpersonal skills and is used to supporting multi-disciplinary teams across a number of tasks to achieve outstanding results in all areas.
